The design concept for this 1,200 sqm family home revolves around a two-story open space as the hearth, with a series of floating volumes intertwining playfully and ascending vertically to maximize the views of the sea. The glass box allows the landscape to seep into the interior living spaces, lifting boundaries and connecting the water feature and vast garden beyond to indoor spaces.
The home is conceived as a resort, inspired by the owners who seek the spatial luxury and relaxed atmosphere of such a location. Spaces are lush and interdependent, with multiple hanging staircases leading from platform to platform, providing ample opportunities for visual and physical connections.
